Seller and service

Projects stores aggregate cost, success and latency analysis results, compares versions and provides downloadable reports. The customer supplies measurements and criteria.
Access and limits
One holder per account. Three saved reports free for the lifetime of the account, with no card or paid renewal. Projects includes 10 projects, 100 new reports per monthly period or 1,200 per annual period, and at most 2,400 stored reports. Each analysis accepts up to 1,000 attempts and 512,000 bytes of JSON measurements; results cannot exceed 128,000 bytes. Deleting a report does not restore consumed quota. No overage billing.
Price and renewal
19 CHF, 19 EUR, 19 USD or 19 GBP monthly, or 190 CHF, 190 EUR, 190 USD or 190 GBP annually, subject to the currencies offered in Projects and charged in the chosen currency. These are independent local prices, not exchange-rate conversions. Stripe displays the tax-inclusive total before confirmation. The subscription begins after confirmed payment and renews at the selected frequency until canceled. No automatic paid trial or conversion of free access into a paid plan.
Cancellation and payments
Cancel in the billing portal to stop the next renewal. Already-paid access lasts until its end unless refunded, disputed or justifiably suspended. Failed payments do not grant a new period. Manage invoices and payment methods in Stripe. No automatic refund process is promised; report incorrect charges or undelivered service to frederic@alpnor.com. Mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal or refund rights, remain fully reserved.
Privacy and retention
Creating a report sends measurements to the service for calculation. Only aggregate results, project/version names, timestamps and technical identifiers are stored; raw attempts and prompts are not stored in the database. Do not include API keys, medical data or personal identifiers in measurements or labels. Results are private to the authenticated holder. Existing reports remain downloadable after subscription expiry. Deletion removes report content and labels; a technical fingerprint and consumed quota remain. Stripe retains billing documents; deleting a report does not erase records required by applicable obligations.
Processing and support
OpenAI provides authentication; Sites/Cloudflare hosts the service. Stripe receives billing information, not measurements or reports. Results describe supplied data and are neither a savings guarantee, investment advice nor automatic deployment. For access, corrections, privacy or incidents: frederic@alpnor.com.
