Understanding displayed amounts
Sandbox prices and budgets test a technical flow. They are not amounts owed, withdrawable balances or charging permissions. Sandbox receipts must remain identified as tests.
Wallet and network
A public address identifies a receiving destination; it does not grant access to its funds. An address in a configuration does not mean payments are enabled. Do not send funds to try this version.
Future payments must specify the exact token, network, amount and recipient before acceptance. No wallet connection, signature or permission is needed for the free local analysis.
Before USDC purchases open
Before USDC purchases open, ALPNAI must complete payment validation and review of the applicable tax treatment. The seller is Frederic Madureira Rodrigues, trading as SWISS International. A paid offer must allow the principal to check the service, total price and recipient before agreeing.
The total price, possible fees, tax rules, contract formation and order confirmation must be explicit. A cryptocurrency address alone does not replace these requirements.
A fixed quotation before payment
The prepared USDC flow blocks every new payment request until a valid billing review is associated with the profile and accepted terms. Entering contact details or a tax identifier does not approve that review.
The quotation fixes the product, seller, details used, terms, total USDC and tax breakdown according to the documented decision. It expires within five minutes. This calculation adds no tax surcharge to the catalog total.
You can view and download the quotation in your account. Later profile edits do not change an existing quotation. An expired quotation requires a new request; the applicable review must still be valid before payment. A quotation is neither a payment receipt nor an invoice.
Mandate, confirmation and delivery
A buying agent acts for its mandate holder. An access key alone cannot charge funds: a capped mandate and an exact USDC payment authorization are required. The mandate limit is neither a subscription nor a deposit.
The server retains an order and its result before requesting payment. A pending order keeps its identifier; do not place it again to speed up confirmation. Reconciliation seeks finalized transfer evidence before releasing the result.
After confirmation is recorded, the owner can download the payment receipt and result from their workspace. The receipt identifies the seller, product, USDC amount and transaction; it does not replace a tax invoice when one is required.
USDC invoices and refunds
Free tests generate no sales invoice. The tax treatment for USDC purchases still needs validation before opening; this page claims no tax exemption.
Invoice, refund, network-error and dispute procedures for USDC purchases will be defined before they open. Blockchain transactions are not presented as automatically reversible. Refunding a simulated test grants no entitlement to a real transfer.
Projects subscriptions
Projects terms describe local prices in the offered currency, duration, quotas, renewal and cancellation. These are separate local prices, with no automatic currency conversion. Subscription availability is displayed in Projects and does not mean USDC purchases are open.
Subscribing requires your agreement to Projects terms and confirmed payment. Returning from Stripe alone does not grant a paid period. Canceling in the billing portal stops the next renewal; a failed payment grants no new period. Invoices and payment methods are managed in Stripe. Free access does not automatically become paid.
Services, no investment product
ALPNAI does not accept funds to invest on clients' behalf. Current services include no interest-bearing deposit, pooled wallet, fund units or guaranteed IPO access. Any future financial activity would require a separate assessment and applicable authorizations.
