15%: a proposal for a future agreement
The 15% rate is a commercial proposal for a possible future contract. It creates no current payment entitlement. Activation requires a written agreement approved by the owner and paid sales actually being enabled.
The proposal applies only to real service sales attributed to the partner, collected and net of taxes, refunds and cancellations. The exact basis, attribution, duration, thresholds and payment schedule remain to be defined in the contract. No displayed gross amount should be interpreted as commission owed.
Value comes from the service sold
No commission rewards partner recruitment. No recruitment tiers, joining fees or compulsory purchases are proposed. Fake purchases, abusive self-attribution and invented income claims are incompatible with the proposed program.
A commission must never be presented as an investment return. The program does not raise investment capital or use new participants' money to fund returns promised to earlier participants.
Clear communication
Before any campaign, offers, materials and commitments require owner approval. Describe the actual status: free tools, Projects subscriptions subject to displayed availability and USDC purchases still closed. Do not promise sales, certain savings, returns or IPO allocations.
Clearly disclose a paid commercial relationship when one exists. Follow applicable communication and data rules. An application does not authorize sending messages on ALPNAI's behalf or using its marks without agreement.
White label and private access
White-label presentation requires a separate agreement covering distribution rights, branding, support and data. It transfers no financial authorization and does not permit pooling clients' capital for investment.
Future decisions and payments
Automations may prepare tracking information. Partner approval, acceptance of terms and activation of payments remain owner decisions. An applicable contract and sales verification are required before any real commission.
